Key Responsibilities
Defining the development path & schedule for each piece of DLC
Setting and tracking of deliverable milestones
Ensuring relationships are maintained with external developers, stakeholders, and outsourcing partners at all times
Monitoring, controlling and balancing the overall scope, budget, schedule and quality
Facilitating team communication and information sharing & running meetings when necessary
Note: While working on Warhammer Underworlds: Online as an indie studio, I wore many hats other than production! I engaged in marketing, community management, biz dev, game design, and QA.
